{"id":64,"date":"2006-07-28T15:19:00","date_gmt":"2006-07-28T15:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.agm.me.uk\/blog\/2006\/07\/well-done-google-support.php"},"modified":"2006-07-28T15:19:00","modified_gmt":"2006-07-28T15:19:00","slug":"well-done-google-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.agm.me.uk\/blog\/2006\/07\/well-done-google-support.php","title":{"rendered":"Well done Google support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is not often I get the opportunity to compliment a support service, so imagine my surprise finding that I want to do this for a free service.<\/p>\n<p>I have been looking at a few ways to manage my images and make select ones available online and have been playing with Google&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/picasa.google.com\/\">Picasa<\/a> beta, and the test online image hosting service <a href=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/\">Picasaweb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While using the software and the online web service I have had a few issues and logged both support and feedback. To my surprise I have always got a personal and constructive reply. What surprise me most was that each post was not considered blindly in isolation but looked at in context and considered properly.<\/p>\n<p>I shall helpfully not be contacting them again, not because I don&#8217;t want to, but because all my issues have been addressed.
